Pastor Jason is a lifelong South Carolinian, growing up in Graniteville before attending Clemson University where he graduated in May 2005 with his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental and Natural Resources with a minor in Forestry. It was during this time that he sensed and followed his call to ministry, attending Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary. After his graduation from seminary in May 2009, Pastor Jason accepted his first call to serve Mt. Olivet and Mt. Hermon Lutheran Churches (aka Peak Springhill Parish) in the Chapin/Peak area outside of Columbia.
Pastor Jason is a Pastor’s kid as well, growing up at St. James Lutheran in Graniteville with his family: Rev. Barry T. Antley (Dad), Debbie (Mom), Jennifer (Sister) and Joel (Brother). While at Clemson Pastor Jason was a member of Tiger Band where he met his now wife, Kristen, whom he married in July of 2007, becoming the second generation of Antley to find their spouse in Tiger Band (Jason’s Dad and Mom also met in Tiger Band). Pastor Jason and Kristen are proud parents of twin daughters, Carsyn and Peyton, and their dog, Cammey.
When Pastor Jason isn’t enjoying time with his family he enjoys listening to music, playing golf, and watching sports, especially his beloved Clemson Tigers.
